The ScholarVale Guides SMS Program includes two separate, optional categories: a weekly marketing digest of education resources, and account notifications that deliver requested research checklists, confirm subscriptions, and communicate resource preference updates. Mobile opt-in information

Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or promotional purposes.

This includes grant brokers, funding organizations, lead aggregators, and third-party marketers. A phone number entered without selecting an SMS category is never treated as SMS consent. We may share information only with service providers that help us operate the website or deliver messages on our behalf, under obligations to use it only for that purpose, or when required by law.
